At Carinya, we are deeply grateful for the ongoing support of our past and present parent community, as well as for the government funding that helps reduce school fees for our families. This funding is crucial, but it is the fees paid by our families that enable us to provide quality facilities for independent education.

OUR VISION AND GOVERNANCE
At Carinya, our vision is to engage as a community in discovering the world made through Jesus for His glory. Carinya is operated by a company whose Directors are current Carinya parents or grandparents. They understand the dual challenges of rising educational costs and the need for affordable education. This insight directly informs our fee-setting and expenditure management.

BUILDING FUND IMPORTANCE
Established in 1984, the Building Fund played a crucial role in Carinya's early development, with initial contributions financing building programs that improved and extended facilities at Carinya Tamworth. Although Government Capital Grants and a portion of the annual fee income have supported recent building projects, we now face reduced funding growth alongside rising educational costs. In response, we are actively seeking to bolster donations to the Building Fund to sustain our high standards and ensure our long-term financial stability and independence.

YOUR IMPACT
Every donation, large or small, makes a difference by helping to mitigate the annual increase in school fees. The Building Fund creates an opportunity for families who can afford more than the annual fee to contribute not only to the education of their own child but also to the entire Carinya community and the future of independent Christian education in New South Wales.

TAX-DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTIONS
Contributions to the Carinya Christian Education Ltd Building Fund are tax-deductible, as the fund is registered with the Australian Tax Office. Donations offer you a potential tax saving while you support our schools.

UPCOMING PROJECTS
A large range of projects is currently being planned, including the completion of Stage 3 at Carinya Gunnedah, the construction of a new Car Park and Junior School at Carinya Tamworth, and the refurbishment of general-purpose classrooms at Carinya Tamworth. We are currently working with builders, designers, and the local Councils to complete these projects.
