The Parent Orbit App
What is the parent orbit app?
This mobile app complements Parent Lounge, allowing parents to easily access important information and complete time-sensitive tasks on the go. Only the most frequently used Parent Lounge features are available within the mobile app, with more features to be added soon.
How To Sign In:
Open the App & you will be prompted to enter our school code: carinya (with a lowercase c).
Enter your parent lounge credentials to log in.
Note: Some areas of the Parent Orbit App may require you to log in again for security purposes. By enabling “Google Password Manager” or “Apple Keychain” on your mobile device, your details will be automatically filled in when you return to the login page.

TASS & Parent Lounge
TASS is a school administration program enabling Carinya to centralise, keep up to date, and make readily available all information essential for sound school management. Timely communication with parents is facilitated using both SMS and Email from within TASS. The Parent Lounge in TASS enables parents/carers to provide and access information about their children that builds on the ‘home and school together’ relationship. Using the Parent Lounge, parents can:
Access the Online School Calendar and Daily Notices to keep up to date with what’s happening around the school.
Review their child’s student profile, including timetables, attendance records, upcoming tasks, recent academic reports, and sick bay records.
Update their own contact details and the contact and medical details for their children.
View School Fee Accounts
Book Parent/Teacher Interviews
The TASS Student Cafe provides students with access to information about their own learning. Students can view their own timetable, check their assessment calendar, and print out Assessment Schedules. All school parents receive a username and password to access the Parent Lounge. If you have forgotten your username or password, don't hesitate to get in touch with the school office for assistance.
